This project features a flagship store developed in collaboration with the F&B franchise Mom's Touch. Addressing the need for varied customer engagement strategies at brand touchpoints, the client established experimental venues named Mom's Touch Lab in Teheran-ro, Yeoksam, and Hangang-daero, Yongsan. DBYFO was tasked with space planning and design tailored to the client's requirements.

The Yeoksam branch is located in a bustling urban area, yet it is surrounded by numerous street and landscaping trees and has a Sunken-type location, which makes it relatively less visible as a commercial space. Leveraging these geographic characteristics, the space was planned with the concept of an "urban garden" to capture the morning time of nearby office workers. To maximize the use of the surrounding landscape and city views, large windows and entrances from two directions were designed. Care was also taken in the selection of materials and colors to ensure that the outside scenery is most beautifully viewed from inside. This approach of drawing the outside in has made the space usable for future collaborations with various brands.
